Home Solutions Multi-Network Roaming
Unsteered · All 4 UK Networks · EU Roaming

Always on the
strongest signal available.

Zentari SIMs roam freely across all four UK networks — EE, Vodafone, O2, and Three — with no carrier steering. Your device connects to the strongest signal in its location, not the one that benefits the network. And when your fleet moves into Europe, the same applies.

The Problem With Single-Network SIMs

One network going down shouldn't take your fleet with it.

Standard SIMs are locked to one network operator. When that operator has an outage, your devices go offline — even if three other networks are available at full strength at that exact location.

Single-network outages

A localised outage, planned maintenance, or congestion on your SIM's home network takes your device offline — even if Vodafone, O2, and Three are all running at full strength nearby.

Dead zones by geography

Coverage varies by location. A SIM locked to EE may have poor signal at a specific site where O2 has excellent coverage. Your device suffers, but it's not a network problem — it's a steering problem.

Steered roaming puts carrier first

MVNO SIMs are often configured to prefer the host network's infrastructure, even when another network would serve the device better. With Zentari, there's no preferred network — signal quality decides.

How It Works

Your SIM. All four networks. No configuration required.

Multi-network roaming is built into every Zentari SIM. There's nothing to enable, nothing to configure. The SIM handles network selection automatically — always choosing the strongest available signal.

1

SIM scans all networks

When your device powers on, the SIM broadcasts to all available networks simultaneously. It doesn't wait for a response from a preferred carrier — it evaluates every network it can see.

2

Strongest signal wins

The SIM connects to whichever network returns the strongest signal at that location — EE, Vodafone, O2, or Three. No preference list. No steering. Just signal quality.

3

Automatic failover

If signal drops, the SIM re-scans and switches to the next available network — typically in under 60 seconds. Your device stays online even when its current network has a local outage.

EU Roaming

Same SIM. 30+ countries.

Your Zentari SIM doesn't stop at the UK border. When devices cross into Europe — vehicles, equipment transported internationally, field units moving between territories — the same unsteered roaming applies. Connect to the strongest local network in each country.

  • No configuration change required — roaming is automatic
  • Data usage counts toward the same pool as UK usage
  • Per-country and per-network visibility in the Axis Portal
  • Same billing rate — no international data surcharge
