Zentari was built by people who had spent years on both sides of the IoT connectivity problem — deploying devices in the field and then dealing with the operational mess that followed.
The story was always the same. You'd get devices live, things would work for a while, and then one carrier would have a bad week and a third of your estate would go dark. You'd log into the SIM management portal to investigate, find data that was three days out of date, and realise the only way to change a data cap was to email someone at the carrier and wait. Meanwhile the overage was building.
The carriers weren't malicious. The infrastructure worked. But the tools — the portals, the reporting, the controls — were designed around what was convenient for the network to expose, not what operators actually needed to run a fleet of devices without constant firefighting.
So we built something different. The Axis platform started with the questions we'd been asking for years: Why can't I suspend a SIM in two clicks? Why is usage data always stale? Why does changing a data policy require a phone call? Why am I still paying for a SIM that's been sitting in a broken device for six months?
Every feature in Axis — Watchdog automation, 30-minute usage polling, JIT provisioning, the REST API — is an answer to a real frustration from a real deployment. Not a product roadmap item, not a feature requested in a survey. Something that bit us, or bit a customer, and that we fixed properly.
Today Zentari connects devices across security, logistics, healthcare, broadcasting, EV infrastructure and retail — from single-location operators running 20 SIMs to enterprise estates managing thousands across the UK and Europe. The platform handles both identically, which is the point.

Steered roaming is an industry habit dressed up as a feature. When a carrier steers traffic toward its preferred network, your device doesn't get the best signal — it gets the most profitable one. Zentari SIMs are genuinely unsteered. The device connects to whichever of the four UK networks provides the strongest signal at that location, full stop.
Full control. No tickets required.
The Axis Portal gives you direct access to every SIM command — activate, suspend, reactivate, set Watchdog rules, view live usage — without raising a support ticket. When you do need us, we're there. But the goal is that you rarely do, because you have the controls you need to handle your estate yourself.
Predictable bills, by design.
Overage charges exist because platforms let them happen. Zentari's Watchdog monitors your fleet in near real-time and suspends SIMs before any overage is generated. Combined with pooled data across your whole estate, your monthly bill is predictable whether you run 20 devices or 20,000. If the number surprises you, something has gone wrong on our end.
