Zentari is the connectivity platform I wanted back when I was on the other side of it — multi-network resilience, real-time visibility, and genuine operator control, without the carrier politics, opaque billing, or waiting in a support queue.

Zentari is a UK business, and right now it is one person. I'm Scott. I spent my career as a software engineer inside the mobile connectivity industry — building and running the systems that sit behind managed SIM estates, and seeing the commercial side of it up close. Axis is the platform I always thought those systems should have been.
The pattern was always the same. Devices would go live, things would work for a while, and then one carrier would have a bad week and a chunk of the estate would go dark. You'd log into the SIM management portal to investigate, find data that was three days out of date, and realise the only way to change a data cap was to email someone and wait. Meanwhile the overage was building.
The carriers weren't malicious. The infrastructure worked. But the tools — the portals, the reporting, the controls — were designed around what was convenient for the network to expose, not what an operator actually needs to run a fleet of devices without constant firefighting. I spent years working around that gap from the inside.
So I built Axis to close it. It started with the questions I'd spent years asking and hearing: Why can't I suspend a SIM in two clicks? Why is usage data always stale? Why does changing a data policy require a phone call? Why am I still paying for a SIM that's been sitting in a broken device for six months?
Every feature in Axis — Watchdog automation, 30-minute usage polling, JIT provisioning, the REST API — is an answer to something I watched go wrong on a real deployment. Not a roadmap item, not a feature requested in a survey. Something that cost somebody real money, and that I have fixed properly here.
Zentari is built for security, fleet and vehicle CCTV deployments, from a single site running 20 SIMs to estates of thousands. The platform handles both identically, which is the point.
Zentari is deliberately early, and I would rather say so than pretend otherwise. The platform is live, the SIMs are real, and the free pilot exists so you can test all of it on your own hardware before you commit to anything. What you get instead of a sales team is direct access to the person who built it.
What We Believe
Three things we won't compromise on.
Network follows signal. Not deals.
Steered roaming is an industry habit dressed up as a feature. When a carrier steers traffic toward its preferred network, your device doesn't get the best signal — it gets the most profitable one. Zentari SIMs are genuinely unsteered. The device connects to whichever UK network provides the strongest signal at that location, full stop.
Full control. No queue to wait in.
The Axis Portal gives you direct access to every SIM command — activate, suspend, reactivate, set Watchdog rules, view live usage. Each action does raise a ticket behind the scenes, and that is deliberate: it is what gives you a complete audit trail of what changed and when. The difference is that Axis actions it in seconds, instead of a person picking it up from a queue in the morning. When you do need a human, you get one — the goal is that you rarely need to.
Predictable bills, by design.
Overage charges exist because platforms let them happen. Zentari's Watchdog checks your fleet's usage every 30 minutes and can suspend a SIM as soon as it crosses its threshold — caught within the hour, not on the invoice. Combined with pooled data across your whole estate, your monthly bill is predictable whether you run 20 devices or 20,000. If the number surprises you, something has gone wrong on our end.

JIT SIM Provisioning
